In the sixth generation, Viktoria Fuchs and her sister Kristin manage the Romantik Hotel & Restaurant Spielweg in the Black Forest. When they took over the traditional restaurant with hotel, both were just in their early 20s. Viktoria is in charge of the kitchen and has managed to bring a lot of fresh ideas to her father Karl-Josef's widely recognized game cuisine in a short time. With influences from international cuisine, she presents a completely new face of game cooking. On her menu, you can find wild boar dim sum, wild boar back with hazelnut crust, or wild blood sausage with grilled scallops. Viktoria Fuchs cooks creatively, cosmopolitanly, and regionally – her passion is for local products, which she gives a unique twist with both local and Far Eastern ingredients. Her cooking style is effortless and cheerful, just like she is. Grounded yet wild-style, that’s how one could describe her culinary art – wildly clever!
